770.01 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.

All provisions of this chapter shall apply to the heirs, executors or assigns of any individual permittee, the successors and assigns of any firm, partnership, association or corporate permittee, as fully as such provisions apply to the original permittee. All references to oil and/or gas shall be understood to include any other hydrocarbon products of such well drilling operations.
