745.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   Every peddler, huckster, itinerant retailer or other person shall, before engaging in the business of selling, bartering or offering for sale vegetables, provisions, goods or merchandise or anything of value, upon the public streets or other public places within the City, procure a license for such purpose and obtain a license therefor from the Director of Public Service.
