725.01 DEFINITION.

"Drive-in restaurant", within the meaning of this chapter, means any establishment where meals, sandwiches, ice cream or other food is served directly to or is permitted to be consumed by patrons in automobiles, motorcycles or other vehicles parked on the premises. (Ord. 102-1965. Passed 6-28-65.)
