721.03 LICENSE FEE AND TERM.

   Any license shall be effective for not more than forty-five days but may be renewed for an additional forty-five day period upon satisfactory proof that the goods itemized in the original application have not been sold. No other such license shall be granted to the same person for one year following the expiration of a previous license or renewal under this chapter. The applicant for a license under this chapter shall pay to the Records Clerk a license fee equal to one-half of one percent of the cost of the merchandise listed in the inventory required by Section 721.02 , but in no event less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
