557.11 THROWING OR DISTRIBUTING HANDBILLS IN PUBLIC PLACES.

No person shall deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast any handbill in or upon any public place within the City, and no person shall hand out or distribute or sell any handbill in any public place. However, it shall not be unlawful for any person to hand out or distribute, without charge to the receiver thereof, any handbill in any public place to any person willing to accept such handbill. (Ord. 105-1961. Passed 5-8-61.)
