555.03 OBEDIENCE TO POSTED REGULATIONS.

(a) No person shall disobey the instructions of any marker, buoy or sign posted in, upon, near or over the Cuyahoga River within the City unless at the time otherwise directed by a police officer.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
