553.04 RAILROAD GUARDS FOR MALFUNCTIONING CROSSING SIGNALS.
   (a)   It shall be the duty of the supervisor or person in charge of a railroad maintenance or repair crew to post a guard at any street or alley crossing in the City which is controlled by an electrical or mechanical signal device, to direct traffic while the signal is in continuous operation due to the work of such crew.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
