549.12 BLASTING PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound within the limits of the City, without first obtaining a written permit from the Director of Public Safety.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of blasting without a permit, a misdemeanor of the second degree.
