   549.11 FALSE INFORMATION PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person in applying for a license as a manufacturer or dealer shall give false information or offer false evidence of his identity.
   (b)   No person shall give false information concerning the matters referred to in this chapter or concerning his age or his name and address, or offer false evidence of his identity when purchasing a pistol.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of giving false information, a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 5-1974. Passed 1-7-74.)
