522.08 RELATION TO OTHER LAWS.

The chapter shall not be interpreted or construed to permit smoking where it is otherwise restricted by general law as provided by Article XVIII, Section 3 of the Ohio Constitution, nor to relieve any proprietor or employer from any liability to any person resulting from his or her exposure to tobacco smoke.
