522.02 RESTRICTIONS ON SMOKING IN BUILDINGS AND ON GROUNDS OWNED BY THE CITY OF CUYAHOGA FALLS.

   (a)   Smoking or the possession of lighted smoking material in any enclosed structure or building owned by, leased by, or controlled by the City of Cuyahoga Falls is hereby prohibited. This prohibition is applicable to the public at large and employees of the City of Cuyahoga Falls.

   (b)   Smoking or the possession of lighted smoking material on the grounds of the Cuyahoga Falls Civic Center, hereby defined as those City-owed grounds bounded on the east by Second Street, the north by Oakwood Drive, the west by Fourth Street, and the south by Stow Avenue, is hereby prohibited, provided that smoking is permitted in the Municipal Building courtyards adjacent to the Police Department and the Utility Billing office or any other area as directed by the Director of Public Service.

   (c)   That the International "No Smoking Sign" indicating that smoking is prohibited shall be clearly, sufficiently, and conspicuously posted where smoking is regulated by this chapter in such a manner as to give adequate notice to employees and members of the public.
