521.13 REPAIR AND STORAGE OF MOTORCYCLES, GO-CARTS AND MINI-BIKES.

(a) No person shall repair or store a motorcycle, go-cart or mini-bike in the basement or any portion of a residence, except in a garage or in a residential or commercial area, except when such vehicle has been drained of gasoline and properly purged.

(b) This section does not apply to a business engaged in selling and/or repairing motorcycles, go-carts or mini-bikes.
