521.12 BARRICADES REQUIRED FOR CLOSED GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS.

(a) The owners of gasoline service stations in the City are hereby required to install barricades at all entrances and exits of stations which have been closed for a period of more than thirty days.

The Department of Building and Zoning Inspection shall inspect and require the installation of these barricades on service stations which have been vacant for a period of more than thirty days. (Ord. 11-1970. Passed 1-26-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
