505.14 PROHIBITED AREAS.

   (a)   All persons being the owner or in charge of a dog, except guide or seeing eye dogs, shall be prohibited from permitting such dog to enter into the areas known as Oakwood Cemetery, Riverfront Centre area or the parks specified in Section 565.04 .

   (b)   For purposes of this section the Riverfront Centre area shall be that area north of Broad Boulevard, west of the Cuyahoga River, south of Oakwood Drive and east of Second Street.

   (c)   The terms of this section with regard to the Riverfront Centre area shall only apply during special events scheduled through the Community Development Department and only to areas designated and conspicuously posted by the Director of Public Service.

   (d)   The terms of this section with regard to the Riverfront Centre Area shall not apply to those persons who are bona fide residents of said Riverfront Centre Area.

   (e)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
