501.13 RELEASE OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS.

In addition to any existing provision of State or City law relating to the arrest and detention of a juvenile offender, any minor charged with violating any section of this General Offenses Code, shall be detained and released only to a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult who shall personally appear to take custody of such minor.
