353.09 COLLECTION OF COINS.

The Police Chief shall designate some member or members of the Police Department to collect the coins deposited in parking meters. In collecting such coins, the person so designated shall remove the coins from each parking meter in the manner prescribed by the Safety Director, and promptly deliver such coins to the Director of Finance. The Director of Finance shall count or cause to be counted, the coins so delivered and deposited the same to the credit of the City.
