353.03 INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF PARKING METERS.

The Safety Director is hereby authorized and directed to place, install and remove parking meters upon the curb side or in the immediate vicinity of individual parking spaces designed and marked off for such purpose. All parking meters shall be under the management, supervision and control of the Safety Director.
