A. Adoption Of State Building Code: There is hereby adopted by the city council for the purpose of regulating buildings in the city and of protecting the health and safety of the city's citizens, a certain code known as "the state building code" 1 .
B. Adoption Of Technical Codes And Administrative Regulations: The current editions of the building codes and all accompanying appendices, amendments and modifications adopted by the building codes bureau, Montana department of labor and industry (or its successors), as set out in the administrative rules of Montana, as amended from time to time by the building codes bureau, shall be adopted by a city of Cut Bank administrative order of the mayor, as authorized by Montana Code Annotated section 50-60-301(1)(b), except for any exceptions noted in this chapter or any regulations not applicable to local government jurisdictions.
