(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

(D) Golf-carts and animal-drawn vehicles.
(1) Anyone violating any of the provisions of §§ 71.30 through 71.53 shall be subject to a fine of $150 per violation. If a person is cited for a violation of §§ 71.30 through 71.53 more than three times, the registration shall be revoked for that individual and/or golf cart and that individual and/or golf cart shall no longer be allowed to operate in the limits of the town under §§ 71.30 through 71.53 for a period of time up of one year.
(2) If a violation involves conduct that would constitute a crime under the laws of the State of Indiana, at the discretion of the Culver Police Department, the registration shall be revoked for that individual and/or golf cart and that individual and/or golf cart shall no longer be allowed to operate in the limits of the town under §§ 71.30 through 71.53 for a period of time of up to one year.
