§ 71.01  BICYCLES, SCOOTERS PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALK.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle, scooter or velocipede along or upon any of the sidewalks in the areas of Main Street from Washington Street to Madison Street (including one block east and west of Main Street) and the north side of Lake Shore Drive from State Street to Liberty Street.
