§ 72.03 PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY.

Any person upon a public sidewalk or crosswalk using roller skates or skateboard, or riding in or by means of a skateboard, or riding in or by means of any wagon, toy vehicle or similar device, shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian.
