§ 72.01 TOY VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON STREETS AND IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   (A)   No person, upon roller skates, or a skateboard, or riding in or by means of any wagon, toy vehicle, or similar device, shall go upon any roadway, except while crossing a street on a crosswalk, and when so crossing, such person shall be granted all the rights of pedestrians. This section shall not apply upon any street while set aside as a play street, as provided in § 72.02.
   (B)   No skateboard shall be operated with the central business district of the city which is bounded by the north right-of-way line of Maple Street and a line extending therefrom to the east for a north boundary; the eastern line of Black River for the western boundary; the southern right-of-way line of Sanborn Avenue for the southern boundary; and a line running 264 feet east of and parallel to the east right-of-way of Howard Avenue for the eastern boundary.
