§ 16-514 LIMIT ON NUMBER OF TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURE PERMITS.
   No individual event sponsor shall be issued more than four temporary street closure permits in a calendar year unless approved by the City Manager for special circumstances. Requests for multiple temporary street closures on one application will not be allowed.
