§ 16-512 NONDISCRIMINATION.
   The City of Crossville shall uniformly consider each application for a temporary street closure permit based upon its merits and shall not discriminate in granting or denying permits under this chapter upon political, ethnic, religious, race, disability, or gender related grounds.
