The Board shall meet upon notice from the secretary, within ten days of the filing of the appeal or at stated periodic intervals.
(A) All hearings of the Board shall be open to the public, of which should be advertised. The appellant, the appellant's representative, the building official, and any person whose interests are affected shall have the opportunity to be heard and must attend the Board meeting in person.
