Crossville-Cumberland County Sports Event Committee shall choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations, and keep a record of its proceedings. Copies of the minutes shall be available to the governing body after each meeting. Meetings shall be held monthly, or more often if called by the chairman of the board. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for transaction of business.
