§ 5-203 PROPERTY TAX FREEZE PROGRAM ADOPTED.
   (A)   The property tax freeze program as provided for in Chapter 581 of the Public Acts of 2007, codified in T.C.A. § 67-5-705, is hereby adopted.
   (B)   The property tax freeze program shall be implemented and administered in accordance with T.C.A. § 67-5-705 and the rules promulgated by the State Board of Equalization through the Division of Property Assessments.
