A minimum fee of $50 shall be due to the city with the application for the permit. However, depending on the work to be done, the city may, at its discretion, require an irrevocable letter of creditor bond in an amount sufficient to cover the estimated cost of the work required to meet the conditions of the permit in addition to a cash payment of $50.
