Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and shall be fined a minimum of $10 and a maximum of $50 for each violation. Any licensee violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to having his or her license suspended or revoked for the violation as provided in this chapter, or by the state statutes, or by the state rules and regulations. Whenever any person licensed hereunder fails to account for or pay over to the City Clerk any license fee or inspection fee, the City Clerk shall report the same to the City Attorney who shall immediately institute the necessary action for the recovery of any license or inspection fee.
