§ 1-502 DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
   The Finance Director shall collect, receive and receipt taxes and all other revenues of the city, including the proceeds of its bond issues; provide a report of the condition of the treasury to the City Manager once a month and at other times as he or she directs; and shall perform all other duties prescribed for the Finance Director in the charter and by the City Manager.
