§ 1-201 ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.
   The Mayor shall preside at all meetings of the City Council, sign the journal of the Council and all ordinances on final passage, execute all deeds, bonds and contracts made in the name of the city and perform all other duties prescribed in the charter.
