Pursuant to authority granted by T.C.A. §§ 6-54-501 through 6-54-506 and for the purpose of regulating and governing fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances in the City of Crossville; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; the International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 edition, published by the International Code Council, including Appendix A, B, C, and D, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as a part of this code, and is hereinafter referred to as the “Fuel Gas Code”.
