§ 9-1306 SEVERABILITY.
   It is hereby declared that the sections, clauses, sentences and parts of this chapter are severable, are not matters of mutual essential inducement, and any of them shall be exscinded if the chapter would otherwise be unconstitutional or ineffective. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter.
