§ 1-102 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   At each regular meeting of the City Council, the following regular order of business shall be observed unless dispensed with by a majority vote of the members present:
   (A)   Call to order by the Mayor;
   (B)   Roll call by the Clerk;
   (C)   Proclamations/presentations;
   (D)   Public comment;
   (E)   Appointments;
   (F)   Chamber of Commerce report;
   (G)   Consent agenda;
   (H)   Bids/purchases;
   (I)   Other business;
   (J)   City Attorney's report; and
   (K)   City Manager's report.
