§ 9-1218 SEVERABILITY.
   If any provision of this chapter is found to conflict with any provision of any other chapter, then the provision of this chapter shall control. Should any part or parts of this chapter be declared invalid for any reason, no other part, or parts, of this chapter shall be affected thereby.
