Persons holding permits under this chapter shall maintain the property during the sale in such a manner as to minimize the accumulation of trash, litter, or other unsightly conditions. At the conclusion of the sale, all debris, signs, tables, and/or any other items must be removed from the site. Failure to properly maintain or clean-up a site may result in the denial of permits for one year.
