§ 9-1216 NON-CONFORMING SALES.
   Upon the effective date of this chapter, any existing outdoor sales, garage sales, or yard sales shall have 30 days to continue to operate without a permit. After such time, they must obtain a permit and operate under all provisions of this chapter.
