§ 9-1205 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.
   (A)   Every article sold and every day a sale is conducted in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating the terms of this chapter shall be subject to punishment by a fine not less than $50 per day.
