(A) Permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire at midnight on the last day for which they are issued, and cannot be renewed. A separate application must be made each and every time an applicant desires to conduct a fair or carnival.
(B) Permits issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the City Council without notice for good cause shown, and for violation of any portion of this chapter.
