(A) Each application shall be reviewed by the City Council. The applicant(s) and/or their representatives must be present at the meeting of the Commission when their application is scheduled for consideration.
(B) If, in the majority opinion of the Council members, the applicant is satisfactory, the City Council shall direct that a permit be issued upon the payment of all applicable privilege fees and taxes. The City Clerk shall keep a permanent record of all permits issued.
(C) The applicant must acknowledge that he or she has read and is familiar with this chapter and that he or she agrees with the contents therein.
