(A) Any person who neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter may be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine.
(B) Independent of and in addition to any fines or penalties imposed, the manager will discontinue the public water supply service to any premises upon which there is found to be a cross connection, auxiliary intake, bypass or interconnection; and service shall not be restored until the cross connection, auxiliary intake, bypass or interconnection or non-compliance with this chapter has been eliminated, corrected or approved backflow protection is installed within time limits set forth by this chapter.
