The manager or his or her designated agent shall inspect all properties served by the public water supply where cross connections with the public water supply are deemed possible. The frequency of inspections and re-inspection shall be based on potential health hazards involved, and shall be established by the water system in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the State Department of Environment and Conservation. Residential sites shall be inspected upon any suspicion of cross connection.
