Be it further enacted, that all penal ordinances of the city now in effect or hereafter enacted shall have full force and effect within and upon the within described tract of land; and that the police officers of the City of Crossville shall have and exercise the same powers.
Therein and thereon as they now or hereafter may have and exercise within the original boundaries of the City of Crossville and that same shall apply to all persons and property coming or brought upon the within described tract of land in the same manner and to the same extent as if within the original corporate limits of the City of Crossville.
