§ 18-124 LIMITED USE OF UNMETERED PRIVATE FIRE LINE.
   Where a private fire line is not metered, no water shall be used from the line or from any fire hydrant thereon, except to fight fire or except when being inspected in the presence of an authorized agent of the city.
