§ 18-121 CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Where the city furnishes water service to a customer, the customer shall be responsible for all violations of these rules and regulations which occur on the premises so served.
   (B)   Personal participation by the customer in any the violations shall not be necessary to impose the personal responsibility on him or her.
