§ 17-110 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY.
   (A)   The violations of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with the general penalty provision of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The jurisdiction to determine a violation of this chapter is vested solely in the City Court.
