§ 17-109 DEAD ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to knowingly place or cause to be placed the carcass of any dead animal of any kind in the city's refuse collection system. The city's refuse collection is hereby defined as:
   (A)   City operated dumpsters;
   (B)   City operated fully-automated containers; and
   (C)   Any other area from which the city collects refuse and/or garbage.
