§ 16-111 ANIMALS AND VEHICLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, lead or tie any animal, or ride, push, pull or place any vehicle across or upon any sidewalk in a manner as to unreasonably interfere with or inconvenience pedestrians using the sidewalk. It shall also be unlawful for any person to knowingly allow any minor under his or her control to violate this section.
