§ 16-109 ABUTTING OCCUPANTS TO KEEP SIDEWALKS CLEAN AND THE LIKE.
   The occupants of property abutting on a sidewalk are required to keep the sidewalk clean. Also, immediately after a snow or sleet, the occupants are required to remove all accumulated snow or ice from the abutting sidewalk.
