§ 16-106 GATES OR DOORS OPENING OVER STREETS, ALLEYS OR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person owning or occupying property to allow any gate or door to swing open upon or over any street, alley or sidewalk, except when required by statute.
